MERCEDES IGNITION SWITCH OPTIONS

I changed the battery and I've electrical power around the stereo, lights, and all the things but it gained’t even change around. Also found that the wheel is locked and was asking yourself if that can induce the vehicle not to start. Any info might be beneficial.Install the circuit board and check the condition in the switches during the unlocke
